solid remix!

Thanks!

There we go Arkine, there we go!

nice subtle intro into :23
good percussion, it goes well with the arps, and the pads work well with everything. Its funky as hell.
nice little drop offs at 1:25 and 1:07. Solid ending.
Now this is how you need to be producing. Everything else you've made does not compare in my opinion.
The song has sounds that keep your listeners attention and run smoothly together with good structure. Keep working with spitfire if hes helping you with composition. Great stuff guys.

Arkinefed responds:

Thanks. I was waiting for your comment.
Your advices give me power to making new songs.

Andrea364 hit the nail on the head, you have a single pad with a single high pitched arp that run the entire length of the song. Also it does desperately need percussion. The sounds at 2:30 were my favorite part, however you used them for your ending. Even so those same deep sounds at 2:30 could not have been used for everything either. whether high pitched or low pitched you need change and rhythm to keep me interested.

Arkinefed responds:

OK, thanks for advice.

Drum kick leads nowhere. Voice plugins are unnecessary and are pretty much like a stock image.

leads into a werid arp with no cohesion, no rhythm which leads into another looped voice from whatever program your using which again leads into another no rhythm arp ending with another unnecessary voice loop.

Your song lacks structure, your first was better yet suffers from these same problems. Really I don't know how to tell you to improve. I guess just keep working, do your best and you will produce something great. Then upload that. I'm gonna follow you to watch for progress. Best of luck, and find something you enjoy to sample.

Arkinefed responds:

Thanks for your comment. You helped me a lot. I'm keep working and I think one time I'll make great song.

Pretty deep, interesting chillstep. Very Ambient, good percussion.
The title is apt. Does seem sad. Music to make you think. Fits in with minecraft...not that I play that or anything...
I'm gonna be listening to this on repeat for quite awhile. An easy fav.

Very minimalist but It does not have to be any other way.
Asian theme is great, its not overpowering or flashy or overbearing. Its set in perfectly.

Another chill one, was enjoying browsing random webpages with this in the background.
The voice echos are great. The other echo effects are great. The only nitpick I have is some of the clicks in the first three minutes seemed out of place. And that's just a petty nitpick. Nice ending fade out. 5 stars for you m8.

Loving the art that's been coming out recently. Glad to see your still fitting in the music.

This guy reminded me of the Ukrainian rebel art pieces that you did when that was just first kicking off. Of course at that time they were just protesters. Also it combines that futuristic style you keep on perfecting. You still owe me that renaissance style epic haha!

YakovlevArt responds:

Thanks a lot!
I try to slowly develop a tune whenever I get some downtime. I really enjoy making these "off-beat" tracks where there's a strong contrast. Crispy clicks and picks sprinkled on a soft, smooth ambient melody. With bits of glitch and exploratory sound effects that play with the nature of surround sound. I know it sounds like a buncha mumbo-jumbo, haha, but it's the best way i can explain it.

Also, thanks for loving the art. I've accepted that my forte is sci-fi. If I'm not creating a giant cyberpunk cityscape, I'll have some fun by incorporating a sci-fi element into a simpler piece.

Thanks again for all the support!
Much Love

Maybe my speakers are just good enough but nothing sounds harsh, all chill, all sweet and nice.

Digging the bubbly synths. Relaxing...
percussion is good, sits just right with everything else. Ending threw me off. Not the best fade out. hats what I would improve, keep the fade however.

Ethril responds:

Yeah... I think I was a bit rushed out of that one... Pretty sure there was a remastering in there somewhere after that post. I don't see harshness in it either.
Can't really remember what I was going through at the time. I might still... Should still have the data for it and perhaps after my elongated vacation from mixing I'll get a new spin on it. We'll see. Love the review though pal! Thanks for listening!

critique, sure you'll have it.

There is no time to savor any specific arp or sound. Its very fast pace, verging on indiscriminate noise at the best of times.

this is a drastic contrast to your song "We Gon Make it Bun Dem!"

That song has structure. Some classic dubstep sounds. The transition is a little rough at 1:10. Yet it's good. Passable, a song.

The ending of "Bloodshed Imminent" its not an ending at all. If you want to have a kick roll, don't make it the entire song. You want a drop after a nice kickroll, perhaps a nice transition to something softer before the song regains its intensity.

From your favorites I can tell that this is your style and this is what you like to produce and listen too. Not everyone will enjoy it though, though nobody ever makes something that everyone likes. Keep producing.
"Nowhere to Fucking run" Is intense and quite good. So if intensity is your thing then make it work like so.

Also welcome to NG. People rarely comment in the audio portal. Its kind of a thing with NG users. So I apologize if this is your first taste of the community in a sense. Also I'm no master of music, just about anyone could rip and nitpick at my works if they took the time.

Stay safe - KM

Thank you, I'll try better on my next project ^.^

This is some hot ass club music. I really don't like this kind of thing usually, but its just so well done, everything flows nicely. Theres some great sections in this, samples are great.
1:50 through 2:27
3:22 through 3:58
I was into the beat the whole time, it kept my head moving and my attention.
Play this shit when you have alot of people in either a small dorm party or a proper club and you have 4 minutes and 38 seconds of hardcore grinding.

Awesome, great rise at the beginning and throughout the rest of the song.
Interesting choices for percussion and drums.
